Brioche Gourmet Takes Centre Stage at the Takase Food Service Expo

The launch of Brioche Gourmet was also supported by its participation in the Takase Food Service Expo, an important event dedicated to professionals from the Japanese foodservice industry.

Held in Tokyo over two days, the exhibition provided a valuable opportunity to introduce authentic French brioche products to local industry professionals and buyers, gather valuable feedback and further strengthen the partnership with Takase Bussan to support the brand’s development in Japan.

During the event, visitors had the opportunity to sample the brioche products and experience their quality, flavour and authenticity first-hand.

The response was extremely positive, with widespread praise for the quality of the products, which were unanimously described as “oishii” — “delicious” in Japanese.
