CorporateAtlante retains CRIBIS Prime Company status for the tenth consecutive year
Atlante has once again received the CRIBIS Prime Company certification, awarded to businesses with the highest level of commercial reliability.
This marks the tenth consecutive year in which Atlante has received the recognition, providing a clear indication of the company’s financial strength and of the responsible approach it maintains in its relationships with suppliers and business partners.
CRIBIS is part of the CRIF Group and specialises in collecting and processing business and credit information on companies in Italy and abroad. Its assessments consider a range of factors relating to business stability and payment practices, providing companies with an independent point of reference when evaluating the reliability of the organisations they work with.
Ten years of recognised reliability
For Atlante, the renewal of the certification is particularly significant as it comes during an important period of business growth.
The company closed 2025 with revenue of €289 million, more than €100 million higher than five years earlier. Approximately 60% of revenue is generated in Italy, while the remaining 40% comes from international markets. Atlante has an established presence in countries including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, South Africa and Canada, among many others.
This growth has taken place during a period marked by geopolitical tensions, significant market volatility and continued pressure on supply chains. These conditions have required careful planning, financial control and consistency in the management of relationships throughout the supply chain.
The renewal of the CRIBIS recognition indicates that the increase in volumes and Atlante’s international expansion have been supported by a financial structure capable of sustaining the company’s growth.
The value for suppliers and business partners
For those working with Atlante, commercial reliability has very practical implications. It means complying with agreed terms, making payments on time and creating the conditions for long-term business relationships.
These are essential factors in a sector where supply management involves producers, distributors and retailers operating across different markets, often within complex regulatory and operational environments.
“Receiving this certification is about more than having something to display on the wall. For everyone who works with Atlante, it provides evidence that our growth is supported by strong financial foundations,” explains Sergio Picinini, Managing Director & C.F.O. of Atlante.
“For us, it is essential to pay suppliers on time and in accordance with the agreed terms, while working with complete transparency. That is what really matters.”
Sergio Picinini’s words bring the recognition back to its practical significance. Financial strength allows Atlante to support its projects, ensure continuity in its commercial relationships and pursue growth without transferring instability to its partners.
Growth supported by strong financial foundations
The renewal of CRIBIS Prime Company status therefore represents an independent assessment within Atlante’s broader growth journey. It reflects both the company’s financial performance and the way in which it manages the commitments made to its stakeholders.
For Atlante, commercial reliability means maintaining a balance between business development, market presence and financial responsibility. This approach shapes the company’s day-to-day management and the quality of the relationships it builds with suppliers, customers and partners.
