At IFE Manufacturing 2026, Atlante UK’s Business Unit Director, Philip Durham, spoke to Food Ingredients First about Atlante’s growing role in the UK grocery market and the key themes shaping the future of private label.
Phil highlights Atlante’s development across ambient, fresh and frozen products, and how our network of producers and category expertise continue to support retailers in the UK.
With private label representing around half of the UK market, the opportunity for own-brand growth remains significant, particularly across Atlante’s key commodity areas such as pasta and cheese. Phil also discusses the role of Atlante’s branded partnerships, including AMBO and Mister Potato, which allow us to reach different areas of the grocery market while diversifying our expertise.
