Atlante Srl is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Italian Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004 (the Stanca Law), as subsequently amended, and in implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act).

Non-accessible content

The following content is not fully accessible:

  • WCAG 4.1.2 — Custom user interface components do not correctly expose their name, role and value to assistive technologies.
  • WCAG 2.1.1 — Some interactive elements cannot be accessed or operated using a keyboard alone.
  • WCAG 2.4.4 — Links do not clearly indicate their destination or purpose when read out of context.
  • WCAG 2.4.1 — No mechanism is provided to bypass blocks of repeated content.
  • WCAG 1.2.2<video> elements must have captions.

Exemptions / Disproportionate burden

No exemptions on the grounds of disproportionate burden currently apply. All content falls within the scope of the applicable legislation.

Accessibility improvement plan

An accessibility improvement plan is currently under way to progressively address the identified instances of non-compliance, giving priority to WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA requirements.

This statement was prepared on 1 March 2026.

The assessment was carried out by Accessibi.com through objective analysis, including automated testing against WCAG 2.1, and subjective analysis conducted by qualified personnel.
